With this excursion you’ll discover some of the local grape varieties (from Vallemaggia and Terre di Pedemonte) and enjoy wine and grappa tastings in the cantine of Losone or Tenero. Accompanied by a guide you’ll visit one of Canton Ticino’s oldest wine presses at Cavigliano, hear the story of Merlot and other wines in the canton and learn something about cultivation and production in the region.
